Spiced Lavender Mocha

I drag out-of-town guests to the pick-up window just so I can introduce them to this drink. Not too floral-y or sweet. I don't really care for super sweet or chocolates coffee/espresso drinks, but I do enjoy some flavor. When dining in, I like this drink hot, and with almond milk. And I usually get it cold when ordering to-go. Both are so yummy!!

Swine Time Beni

I get the Swine Time Beni every single time I come to Collins. Every time I say I'll get something new but every time I come back for this same dish. Collins Quarter will always be my favorite brunch spot between the delicious meals, tasty lattes, and lovely atmosphere. Can't wait to check out their new forsyth location!

Avocado Smash

We were VERY impressed with our whole experience . The food was superb ; well presented and tasting every bit as good as it looked . The staff were attentive, cheerful and enthusiastic. We spoke to Cecilia when we were leaving and commented that a sign of an establishment which was well run was the attention to detail " back stage" , remarking on the 5 Star presentatation of the rest rooms. Her own enthusiasm spoke volumes to the high standards set by the owners. We were visiting from Scotland just before Christmas and said we would write .......so sorry for the delay!! We hope to return to Savannah some time as we loved it, so hope to see you again! Thank you !

Day Boat Scallops

The thing is: I might be obsessed with this restaurant. I have been here multiple times, and in this Winter menu I was able to try everything. Let me tell you. There is no wrong answer. The food is incredible. Everything is cooked and season to perfection. Vegetarians options and gluten free options are always available. One of my favorite parts of the restaurant is the impeccable service. Probably the nicest people in town. My favorite dishes from the dinner menu are probably the boar scallops and the cauliflower steak. Yet, the burger and the classic steak frites do not disappoint. For appetizers I would highly recommend trying their hummus and plank board. The board has a variety of cheese, but also, a variety of meats and jams. Their deserts are constantly changing, however, their fruity deserts are always the best. If they have the apple tart or crumble with cinnamon ice cream: take it. Take it and appreciate it. In conclusion for this very big essay: this is such a good restaurant, with amazing food, outstanding service. Make sure to check for their brunch menu which I recommend having the lattes, pea toast and finally their banana French toast. Thank you Collins!

Swine Time Beni

The Swine Time Beni is probably the meal I dream about most in my life. When I came to Collin's for the first time I was skeptical of pulled pork on top of french toast, but oh my goodness. Collin's really knows what they are doing. Its safe to say that the sweet and savory flavors of this dish changed my life forever. I will never be able to eat french toast the same way ever again. It is a large portion of food so as a small woman, I can usually get two meals out of the serving. The Swine Time Beni is unlike anything you've ever eaten before and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Avocado Smash

Located in the heart of downtown Savannah, Collins Quarters is truly a unique gem! The Avocado Smash, Crab Eggs Benedict, and Mocha Lavender latte are my all time favorites! Staff is very sweet and attentive, groovy atmosphere, and lovely flower decor.

Day Boat Scallops

This is with no doubt the best day scallops in town. It is so hard not to eat every time I go to a restaurant. The scallops are cooked beautifully, and very well seasoned. The broccolini tastes so good and it melts in your mouth. The butternut squash puree gives a sweet touch that contrasts really well with the entire meal. This is very light and very easy to digest and eat.

Madagascar Vanilla Latte

Collins Quarter is our FAVORITE restaurant in all of Savannah. Anytime we are within 50 miles of it, we make sure it is a stop on our way and we have celebrated several occasions and milestones with CQ. In fact, we cannot wait to bring my parents here for the first time this weekend. The lavender mocha and vanilla latte are standouts, but every meal we have had here has been outstanding (bananas foster french toast, avocado smash, swine time beni, so hard to choose). The staff is always so friendly, and the interior decoration is so cozy. It truly reminds me of being in coffee shops in Australia!

Bananas Foster French Toast

My favorite dish from here! Complete with syrup on the side this sweet and salty combination is perfect to start your day with something amazing. Top it off with a cup of coffee and you are sure to have a breakfast that will have you craving it 6 months later up in NY like me! can't wait to come back to Savannah to get some more!

Norwegian Salmon

My dish was delicious and well-sized, and the same is true for everyone else in my party. We also got a bottle of wine for the table and loved it so much, we special ordered it from our local liquor store. We plan on coming back very soon!

Bananas Foster French Toast

All of the food was delicious as usual. The French toast, granola cereal, and chia pudding were all flavorful and greasy. The service was great—very friendly waiters.

I loveeee Collins Quarter! Everything on the menu is always delicious. Amazing quality food for a great price. It's a great place to bring anyone - girlfriends for brunch, family visiting out of town, a quiet little date with your significant one. The service is always fantastic too. Bananas Foster French Toast

My parents were visiting and I took them to Collins Quarter for brunch. They are from Minnesota so the opportunity to soak up some sun on the patio was the perfect ambiance. We all loved our entrees and the service was excellent. My dad said it was the best BLTA sandwich he had ever had.

Amazing atmosphere, a beautiful day to sit outside, delicious brunch menu and Eli was the jam. Nothing says Savannah & Southern Hospitality like a genuine and authentic dining experience like Collins Quarter.

Swine Time Beni

We can't get enough of Collins Quarter, reminds me so much of the meals back home! From the taste of the food to the way the meals are plated...... When we first moved to Georgia my misses took me to CQ for my birthday. She was trying to be cheeky and surprise me with a nice brunch…(and she didn't disappoint) We ended up ordering the Smashed Peas and Swine Time Beni…..with a delicious Flat White and Bondi Beach mimosa on the side. We were impressed from the taste of the food to the customer service we received. Returning customers for sure! -Cheers!

Avocado Smash

I get this 95% of the time I eat at CQ. I always go intending to try something new, but the memory of this meal is so great to not get it again, and again, and again! The avocado is always perfect, and I love all the toppings - perfect blend of savory, salty, and a tad sweet. Delicious :)

Bananas Foster French Toast

Their Bananas Foster French toast is hands down THE BEST thing I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is amazing and food is even better. My favorite place to eat in Savannah!

Avocado Smash

I absolutely LOVED this avocado toast. I've had avo toast in the south pacific (where it was invented), as well as all over LA and NYC, and this one ranks among the best. The portions/proportions of avocado and vegetables to bread are just perfect. And the runny yolk on my egg was divine. Would strongly recommend!

Upstream Supreme

From their Vietnamese coffee, to their Thai coffee— from their enjoyable ambiance where everyone always seems to be happy, Collins Quarter has always been my go-to from brunch (and lunch) in Savannah. I fell in love, first, with their simple, yet exquisite menu and second with their Upstream Supreme. Simple lox, elevated with a layer of fresh chive cream cheese, thinly sliced fennel and red onion on top of smoked salmon. And, my favorite part of all: the addition of crispy capers and sweet cherry tomatoes as decoration (in my stomach). If my limited college budget would allow me to go to Collins every day I would, without a doubt, make it my breakfast table.

Eggs Benedict

The Collins Quarters, is my favorite brunch place. Everything on the menu is delicious and made to perfection. The crab eggs benedict is fabulous, it also has salmon caviar on top ! - YUM. You must go! -Don't forget to get the Lavender Latte!

Roasted Cauliflower

I am not a vegetarian, yet, this plate is so good I like to order. IT IS SO GOOD. The cauliflower is cooked to perfection and so well seasoned. The crispness of the chickpeas in contrast with the mint is what makes this plate shine. The red sauce is just incredible. This is with no doubt the best vegetarian plate in Savannah.

Pan Roasted Barramundi

Looking for something light and incredibly delicious? This is your main. The fish that literally melts in your mouth and it goes really well with the spinach and creamed lentils. It's a super combination, which goes really well with bigger appetizers. The plate is not that big, so, therefore, I would not recommend sharing. The crispy skin in the fish gives a special touch, that I think it is really hard to get it right. Collin's Quarter you are doing correctly! I will be missing this plate on the Spring Menu

Swine Time Beni

The restaurant was full but no wait time. The service was quick and did a great job keeping drinks filled. The Swine Time Beni was great. The prok was moist, the bacon and poached egg were perfectly cooked and the french toast was thick. Everything came out timely and was warm. Would definitely recommend.

Pan Roasted Barramundi

The first time I had Barramundi was in Queensland in 1987. After a day of exploration in Daintree Rainforest, our local guide was in charge of lunch so he took out a cooler, fired up a skillet on the grill, and put on what I thought was just your average fish. How wrong I was! It was the best fish I had ever tasted and I never forgot how delicious it was. I've only had Barramundi one other time since then. When I saw it on the menu at Collins Quarter, there was no question which dish I would order. The flaky mildness of the white fish and crispiness of the pan- seared skin pairs perfectly with the creamed lentils, artichoke and spinach. Though I have yet to try the other dishes on the menu, and it would be difficult not to keep ordering the Barramundi, I am eager to return and sample the other offerings as well. Thanks to Collins Quarter, I can now have a taste of Australia right here in Savannah.

Bananas Foster French Toast

I drank a lavender mocha latte and ate the Bananas Foster. Both turned out OUTSTANDING! The latte was creamy and full of flavor. I loved the combination of mocha and lavender. I was visiting from Florida and I wish I had a Collins Quarter in my neighborhood to drink that latte again and again! The bananas foster was dreamy, buttery, and just what I needed to kick off my Savannah walking tour.

Pan Roasted Barramundi

And here I thought I had to go back to Oz to get this... It's been a minute since I had Barramundi in Muswellbrook, NSW, but it was better than I remembered it. Absolutely delightful! Chef even brought it out herself tonight (1/30/20). Joey recommended a gorgeous pairing of vino with it as well! Thank you to the crew at Collins Quarter

Norwegian Salmon

The Norwegian Salmon dinner was amazing; but it paled in comparison to the whole experience. The property itself is very warm and charming; the wait staff was attentive without being intrusive. We each ordered cocktails that became fast favorites; mine was a "warm sweater" and it truly lived up to its name! Even the restroom is noteworthy; I would highly recommend this very charming eatery.
